Bishop Gerald Cesar

Co-Founder, Director, Pastor, Counselor

Guided by the wisdom of Jesus Christ, Gerald is an ordained Evangelist and Bishop dedicated to making the Gospel accessible to all—especially the "unchurched." Having encountered Christ while formerly incarcerated, he now pours his heart into reentry programs, jail/prison outreach, and hospital intervention.
Professionally, Gerald serves as a Substance Abuse and Recovery Specialist, a clinical expertise that complements his spiritual gifts of faith, wisdom, and deliverance. He holds a deep reverence for the original context of Scripture and is passionate about street ministry and global missions.
Gerald and his wife, Rebecca Jean, share a beautifully blended family of 12 children and many grandchildren. Above all, he serves with a humble heart, acknowledging that every victory and all the glory belong to God.

 Apostle Patrick M Desrosiers

Born in Manhattan to Haitian immigrants, Patrick's journey is a powerful testament to God's ability to rewrite a life story. After surviving a shooting at age 15 and later facing federal incarceration, Patrick encountered the Gospel in 2007. It was during this time that the Holy Spirit gave him a vision to partner with Gerald Caesar to do "something great for the Kingdom of God."

Patrick is the co-founder of World Upside Down International (WUDI) and serves as an Overseer for the KIA NY Region. He holds an Associate Degree in Biblical Theology and is a certified electrician. His ministry, The Way To Yahweh, was established alongside his wife, Marisol, in 2017, focusing on restoration and the transformative power of Jesus Christ.

Released from prison in 2015, Patrick has since been ordained as a Minister, Pastor, and Apostle. Today, he balances his professional work for the City of Philadelphia with his deep commitment to his family, which includes his wife Marisol, 11 children, and many grandchildren and spiritual mentees. He lives to give God the glory for every second chance.
